ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. (Jan. 15, 2025) — A new best-in-class multifamily community is helping to answer the demand for more quality housing in Central Florida.
LeCesse Development Corporation, in a partnership with Broad Oak Development, today announced a new development in Oviedo, Florida —Broad Oak Oviedo. The community will feature 252 units and Class-A market-leading amenities. Residents will have the option of leasing a residence in one of the property’s three four-story, elevator serviced buildings, or in one of its exclusive carriage house buildings that also feature garages.

The project design team includes Slocum Platts Architects, Kimley-Horn, Dix.Hite+Partners, and Beasley & Henley. The general contractor is Walker & Company. Financing will be provided by Synovus Bank and preferred equity from Marble Capital.
