BellaNova at JubiLee Park

BellaNova represents Phase II of the JubiLee Park planned development where it will join Phase I, GrandeVille at JubiLee Park (Cortland at JubiLee Park).

BellaNova at Jubilee Park will utilize the “big house” concept developed by Humphreys & Partners Architects. It will include twenty-six 2-story apartment buildings with tile roofs. The units will consist of a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units some with direct entry garages. The community will be anchored by an amenity rich 13,000+ square foot clubhouse containing a gym with an adjacent resort-style swimming pool and summer kitchen. The community is planned around a “village green” that will contain lush, green space with a large playground and 4 pocket parks. A perimeter walking trail with exercise stations will surround the property.

The units, themselves, will contain high-end features including energy efficient appliances, imported Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, oversized closets, complete with an in-unit washer and dryer. BellaNova will also be National Green Building Standard certified meeting the rigorous requirements in six categories including energy efficiency, water efficiency, and resource efficiency along with others.
