Andrew Sheaffer
Director – Development and Construction
Andrew Sheaffer is the director of development and construction at LeCesse Development. Andrew has been part of our team since 2015, bringing with him 20 years of experience in project development, pricing, scheduling, and project management. In his role with the company, Andrew oversees the entitlement and approvals of projects in our northern region, as well as contracts, design coordination, selection of general contractors, and construction. He has overseen the construction of more than 3,700 units in six states totaling more than $1 billion. A Pennsylvania native, Andrew attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. When Andrew isn’t working hard with us at LeCesse, he enjoys tinkering with barbecue recipes, fishing, working out, coaching youth sports, and experiencing the outdoors Florida has to offer.
