Darlene Mahanke

Darlene Mahanke is an executive assistant to Salvador Leccese. She joined the company in 1995 and came with 10 years of construction experience from managing field offices on various construction projects. In her role, Darlene manages construction draws, works with lenders and equity investors on monthly advances, handles administrative functions on all projects, and more. She has been involved in over 15,000 units and has overseen approximately $2 billion in project costs. Darlene also spent six years working with LeCesse Corporation of Florida from 1985 to 1991. She is a graduate of Winter Park High School and enjoys reading, solving puzzles, and spending time outdoors bird watching and growing orchids.
