John Flynn

John Flynn is an Executive Vice President at LeCesse Development bringing nearly three decades of experience to his role after previously serving as the Director of Acquisitions for LeCesse. John leads development efforts with a focus on site identification, project identification, project feasibility, entitlement, development execution, and project disposition. In his time with the company, John has been involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of over $2.5B of real estate and has helped drive the completion of over 20,000 units. John earned a degree in real estate from Florida State University and has experience working on a variety of commercial property types for institutional and bank clients. In his free time, John enjoys playing golf, cooking on his various smokers and pizza ovens and spending time with his family.
