Michelle Ryder
Chief Financial Officer
Michelle Ryder is the chief financial officer for LeCesse Development and Cambridge Management. She joined the team in 2017 and brings two decades of experience to her role, including job costing, fund consolidation, partner distributions, cash flow forecasting, external audits, tax preparation, and more. She oversees all aspects of the financial strategy and operations of the business. Michelle has helped manage more than $1 billion in project costs for nearly 4,500 units across eight states. She has more than 15 years of experience working with another multifamily developer and has served in numerous roles, including as a corporate controller. She earned her degree from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, running, and going to the beach.
