Nick LaRocca

Nick LaRocca serves as a development analyst for LeCesse Development. He joined the company in 2022 and is primarily responsible for underwriting deals, researching sites, creating marketing materials, and assisting with development and financing. He has had a hand in over 800 units, totaling $220 million for the company. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Nick has a degree in finance. Before starting with LeCesse full time, he gained experience in real estate. When he isn’t working with us, Nick enjoys golfing, running, and traveling.
