Wayne Blackmer
Construction Manager
Wayne Blackmer is a design and construction coordinator at LeCesse Development. He joined the company in 2020 and brings more than 50 years of experience to his role. As a design and construction coordinator, Wayne works with LeCesse’s design teams to support construction, quality, and schedules. He also supports executive leadership with submittals and products to ensure they meet expectations. In his time at LeCesse, Wayne has been involved in over 5,600 units with value of over $1 billion. Wayne previously worked for many years for LECESSE Construction Services, where he was involved with amenity and clubhouse projects and the senior housing space. When he is not at work, Wayne enjoys woodworking, hosting smoker cookouts with his friends and family, and watching rocket launches from his home adjacent to the Kennedy Space Center.
