Wendy McWhorter Manning serves as Vice President of Technology & Business Solutions for Cambridge Management Services. She joined the company in 2026, bringing more than 30 years of experience spanning multifamily, technology, operations, and business strategy.
In her role, Wendy provides strategic leadership across technology, business systems, operational processes, and cross-functional initiatives for both Cambridge Management Services and LeCesse. She works closely with leadership and departmental teams to evaluate and improve systems, strengthen processes, and support long-term technology planning.
Prior to joining Cambridge, Wendy spent 26 years with ContraVest, where she served as IT Director and later Chief Technology Officer. During her tenure, she led major technology and business initiatives across multiple areas of multifamily operations.
Wendy is a graduate of Stetson University. Outside of work, she enjoys watercolor painting, gardening, anything on the water, and spending time at her tiny house in the woods.
